Mirza Baig is a seasoned technical leader with over 7 years of experience spanning Project Management, Product Management, and Agile delivery. As a Scrum Master and expert Business Requirements Analyst, Mirza has a proven track record of leading complex digital initiatives for major organizations, including the State of Texas, Panasonic, and T-Mobile.
Mirza’s deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies allows Surge Gov Systems to translate complex government requirements into scalable technical solutions. As CTO, he oversees technical strategy and service delivery, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of innovation and efficiency.
